These concepts are the core of my approach to mediation and arbitration.  Employment disputes are matters of vital importance to those involved. Even as parties strive to attain their personal objectives, they also experience the costs that any dispute imposes on the participants.  Effective dispute resolution is, in my experience, dependent upon providing parties with the opportunity to be heard, understood, and given a clear rationale for the outcome to the issue.  This will always be my objective.
